Anwar Faisal is a Boston-based real estate entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist whose journey reflects determination, education, and long-term vision. After graduating from Ain Shams University in Egypt, Faisal began his professional career in Saudi Arabia, working within the construction industry and gaining valuable experience in project management, operations, and business development. Seeking additional educational opportunities, he later moved to the United States and earned a master’s degree in communications from Boston University.
In 1984, Faisal purchased his first property, a small one-bedroom apartment. What began as a single investment gradually evolved into a substantial real estate portfolio throughout Greater Boston. Through Alpha Management Corporation, he has focused on providing housing options in neighborhoods near major colleges and universities, helping address the continuing demand for student housing in a market where on-campus housing often remains limited.
Faisal believes student housing serves an important role within Boston’s broader economy. Students contribute to local businesses, restaurants, transportation networks, and neighborhood activity, making them an essential part of the city’s economic and cultural fabric. Alpha Management has worked to provide practical housing options that help meet this demand while supporting the needs of students living near campus.
Outside of business, Faisal is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service.
